How to use female condom
Internal condoms (also known as "female" condoms) have several advantages over male condoms.
First of all, it is controlled by a woman. Therefore, even if a man is unwilling to use condoms, it provides his partner with greater control over sexual health and reproductive choices.
Internal condoms have other benefits, which may make them attractive to both parties.
superiority
Internal condoms were first approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 1993. It is considered as a novel and effective supplement to the tools commonly used to prevent pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections (STI).

Classification:
1. Latex female condom, with inner ring and outer ring-push mode.
2. There are two ways to wear the non-latex at10 female condom:
A: outer ring with inner ring box-push mode
B: Wearable, that is, the fixed elastic band is put on like underwear, and then the inner ring (or bubble) is placed in the vagina.
Advantages:
Internal condoms cover more surface area. This is sexual transmission such as skin-to-skin contact (HPV) and genital herpes.
Infection provides greater protection.
Internal condoms can be placed during foreplay or even in the first eight hours. This reduces last-minute fumbling (or last-minute decision to give up condoms).
Internal condoms do not need an erect penis to work. This is a good choice for the insertion partner with erectile dysfunction.
For uncircumcised people, internal condoms are usually more comfortable, and they usually don't like the foreskin being squeezed by external condoms.
It is safe to use oil-based lubricants with internal condoms. Unlike latex external condoms, internal condoms are made of soft nitrile (non-latex) polymers and will not be damaged by oil-based lubricants.
Because the internal condom is made of nitrile, people who are allergic to latex can use it safely.

Obstacle to use
Consumer acceptance of internal condoms is not as strong as some public health experts hope. It can be said that its biggest disadvantage is that it is different.
Unfamiliarity with internal condoms, coupled with the general lack of condoms, makes people reluctant to try. They can also represent a change in the sexual dynamics of a relationship, which will also make some people feel uncomfortable.
Despite consumer resistance, research shows that even in low-income communities where condom use rate is generally low, understanding of internal condoms, including how to use them correctly, can improve the understanding of internal condoms. Even so, the cost of internal condoms may keep them away from some consumers.
Depending on the brand you use, the price of internal condoms ranges from $3 to $10 each.
How to use internal condoms
Figuring out how to use internal condoms for the first time may be a bit scary. The following is a step-by-step guide to help you complete this process:
1. Check the expiration date of the internal condom. If it has expired, please discard it.
2. Tear the package along one edge. There is usually a notch in one of the upper corners to facilitate this operation. Tearing along the edge reduces the risk of damaging the internal condom when opened.
3. Rub the bag of the internal condom to ensure that the lubricant is evenly distributed inside the condom.
4. Expand the inner condom and find the ring at the closed end. This is called the inner ring because it enters your body. The outer ring stays outside the body.
5. If you like, you can also add more lubricant inside or outside the inner condom.
6. Find a comfortable posture for easy insertion, such as squatting, sitting on the toilet, lying down or standing with one leg raised.
7. Squeeze the ring at the closed end with your thumb and middle finger. This will make the ring long and narrow and easier to insert.
8. Open the lips of the vagina with the fingers of the other hand.
9. Insert the closed end of the internal condom into the vagina as much as possible.
10. Put the index finger or middle finger into the internal condom and push the ring as far as possible into the vagina. It should be pushed all the way to your cervix, above your pubic bone.
11. Once the internal condom is in place, you should no longer feel it. The ring at the open end should be kept about 1 inch outside the vagina. The open ring should be comfortably placed on the labia.
12. Make sure that the internal condom is not twisted in the vagina. You can usually feel any distortion by inserting your finger into the inner condom.
During sexual intercourse, the penis is led to the center of the open loop. If the outer ring slips into the vagina during the process, please take a rest, take it off and put on a new one.
After that, gently twist the outer end of the internal condom to close it. This can seal any ejaculated semen. Gently pull out the internal condom from the body and immediately throw it in the trash can. Do not flush the internal condom.

Avoid mistakes
The use of internal condoms requires the cooperation of both parties. Taking some time to practice at the beginning will make things easier.
During sex, it is important to guide your partner jj into the center of the internal condom. If jj approaches and grabs the edge of the condom from the wrong angle, it can push the inner condom inside or let the penis slide between the condom and the vaginal wall. Both are against the purpose of condoms.
Another thing to avoid is to use the internal condom with the external condom ("double bag"). Friction between condoms can cause one or both of them to tear.
Internal condoms should not be reused.
